The work was fine but my experience was not. Having your car repaired is not a common occurnace. So explaining the process could go a long way in helping your customers set their expectations. Unmet expectations can kill a customer's experience. I got excited about the email notifications but I soon realized they weren't accurate. Again, unmet expectations. And when I picked up my vehicle and wasn't told the clear film could be applied, yet another unmet expectation. So even though my repairs were fine, I wouldn't recommend your business. There are too many places that do offer good customer service and good work.

Car took 4 months to be ready. I received little to no communication regarding my car. Even calling and asking for a callback only resulted in getting an update rarely. I was informed multiple times my car would be ready "within the week." Of course, it was me following up several weeks later to find out they had to push the pick up date out for one reason or another. My fiancé called a few times and was forwarded to a voicemail in Georgia (my car was in Charleston, SC) twice. When I finally received my car, the touch screen was unusable. There was a large error message saying it could not connect to the gps. I could not exit this screen. The touch screen is necessary to operate the climate, navigation, and radio. Instead of taking my car to the dealership and fixing this, the technicians simply ignored this problem and let me come pick up my car knowing the error message would show up when I started it. After picking it up, I had to take the car to the dealership myself. They did not vacuum or clean the inside of my car.

They were fast in doing the repair but they were very accurate. Though I was very satisfied with the repair but I was way more pleased on how down to earth the ladies up front especially the young lady with the dark **** hair(I wish I remembered her name!)Matt, some of the mechanics, and the rest of the staff were.
