I was completely satisfied with my experience at Jeff Gordon Collision Center. It actually surpassed my expectations. My vehicle was completed much faster than I expected, the quality of work was exceptional, and everyone from Dave and Chris, to the two women at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating.

I was scheduled to bring my car in for repair on the Monday of MLK day. Unfortunately, I had an out of town death in the family that required me to fly to Chicago. The Sunday night before my departure I dropped my car/key in the lot outside the HLCC office and called to leave a VM instructing folks that my car was out there and to please confirm they had received this message. 2 days later I phoned again. My call went directly to VM and I reiterated the information in my initial VM. Additionally, I logged onto your website and crafted a similar message there. Still no answer. I returned to CLT and called again. This time I actually reached the receptionist. I explained my saga. Her response was full of attitude and a bit indignant. She asked WHERE'S your car? I told her to look out her window. She asked WHO'D you call? I told her that my first 2 calls had gone directly to VM. She asked WHO were you trying to call. I told her Rick Milady. I called back and asked if work had started. The same girl/woman told me I had to sign a release allowing work to start. Why was this not done when I got the original estimate and made the appointment for repair??? Shortly after that I began receiving automatic messages from HLCC saying I would be updated re: the progress of my repair. In fact, I received very little information re: the expected date of completion. It wasn't until I reached out to Rick that I got any useful estimation. I only received 2 "spontaneous" updates from him. Sadly, I did not have rental insurance on my policy. What should have been a **** week repair/car rental turned into 2 weeks of rental + the **** week my car sat idle in your lot because no one knew it was out there. Very disappointing. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the work. Rick is knowledgeable and extremely nice. I just wish the communication had been better.

The body work is done well, the time it took was most unreasonable. There are 3 woman employees that deserve commendations for their service and understanding of my concerns.I was assured by your employee,(Victoria, who was assured) that my extended Enterprise invoice would be completely taken care of by BMW, due to extended length of time spent on waiting for parts and because my insurance was covered until first week in January.This did not happen, and the Manager at BMW collision refused to honor that promise. After my son and I discussed with another employee, (Deanna)she returned , after discussing with the manager, that BMW would pay ****/2 the invoice of $300 plus $.Disgraceful attitude, I have owned 4 BMW's in the last 8 years,and was not treated respectfully (except for the 3 female employees) by said manager who wouldn't even come out and discuss anything with me or my son in person.Also, I had called the GM at BMW sales a few days before receiving my car, and left a message for him to please call me back, NO REPLY. Yes, the body work was completed, even though they kept the car longer than expected because it wouldn't start! I ask your consideration to compensate me for the balance of the Enterprise invoice, and to know that I am not pleased with being ignored when a simple phone call from the GM,at sales, would have been helpful in my positive thinking of BMW. Thank you for your time.
