The representative Rod that assisted me was very helpful and informative. Although it took forever for my car to get repaired it wasn’t due to the lack of attention from the repair shop. It was due to getting the parts. That was taking forever. However Rod came up with a resolution and I was able to get my car before the part came it. I was very appreciative of that from him. Body work seemed fine. Whoever did the light detail on the car forgot to use a clean towel and left some sort of thick film on my panel veneer above the globe box. Also, had to wait almost two weeks. Had I rented a car I would have been very upset at additional cost.
