Rick Malady was our advisor/service rep and it was the best customer service I have ever received with any vehicle service/repair.
Rick walked me through the process, stayed in touch with me for the week duration of repairs that were needed.
He also noted that the check engine light came on and took me to the Mercedes dealership service area and made sure they took care of me only to follow up after I went home.
Great service and I will definitely recommend Rick at the collision center.

I have my vehicle now, so there is no need for follow up. My dissatisfaction comes from the amount of time that it took for the repair vs the amount of time I was quoted for the repair. I was quoted for 5 days and the repairs took 21 days, after I complained about the length of time for repair. I was given a loaner car for the 3rd week of the repair and I am very appreciative of that because I had to get to work and had already came out of pocket for 2 weeks worth of rental cars. I also had to return to the shop to have the tire resealed because it began losing air right after I drove it off the lot. I put more air in the tire that night but it was low again the next morning and I nearly had a blow out on the way back to the collision center to get it resealed.(The tire made a loud pop on the way when the seal broke and was near completely flat when I pulled into the parking lot!!!) Again I do not believe there is anything that can be done at this point to make me more satisfied short of refunding my deductible that will make me satisfied with the experience. As far as the repair itself goes, the car looks good, all of the paint matches and everything so far seems to be in place so after all that I am currently satisfied with the repair. I just had a poor overall experience.

The person that delivered the car told me that the damage to my rear wheel was from the last time I had a tire put on. It is clearly were the shop attempted to fix the rim. There is an obvious difference in the shape of the rim and the paint is missing. Also my window does not seal and is off track. The answer I received from the person delivering the car at first was, well we just worked on the quarter panel. I corrected him and he changed to, “Well I don’t know about your car, someone else handled it.” First off don’t tell me that I’m wrong then say you have no clue. Quite frankly, I am very disappointed. I hope that the Lifetime warranty won’t be difficult to deal with.
