It was not ready on 3/23 when I was told it would be ready. I had to pay an additional $54 in insurance on my rental because it was not completed on 3/24 due to the business hours and being closed Sunday. I should not have had to pay the extra 3 days for insurance when I was told in writing it would be ready on 3/23. That was very disappointing.

I thought the repair was done well. However i was worried about the noise in my tires i brought it up several times that was my main concern. An employee drove it to hear the noise said it was in the tires. I spoke to my husband who had mentioned that it may need a wheel alignment as it wasn't making this noise last time I got a wheel alignment he said he would look into it but never followed up. Looking at the description of the items that were repaired I assume he did do the wheel alignment. He said they would check everything out and let me know but they never let me know anything so I assumed it was fine but yet my car still makes the same noise. However he mentioned it maybe the tires so that can very well be I wish they would have communicated a little bit more regarding the issue.
Also they called me and said that the final step was a detail for the car when I picked it up it was pretty dusty I wiped it off to drive off which was fine because my car wasnt at its cleanest when i dropped it off. However throughout the day when I was driving it I turn around and I got dust everywhere!
Passenger side door has a white marks, just dust and dirt no biggy but I would think that they would try to wipe the stuff off. Instead i had to spend time cleaning everything. However I thought everybody was very friendly and the work done on the repair came out really good. It was not a bad experience, those are just my comments about what could be done better next time.

I was deeply concerned after my accident, if my car would be repaired to my satisfaction. Would the repair be noticeable? I had no rental insurance. How long would I need a rental? I didn’t know what to expect. Since I have worked with the Hendricks Lexus service department and have been very satisfied, I chose Hendricks Lexus collision for repairs. I could not be more satisfied!
Paul Retter, the collision center Manager, kept me informed from start to finish. He gave me the estimate, gave me progress reports, and most of all, finished the job a week early.
The car looks like new. The service was outstanding and Paul took into account my rental concerns and work hard to get the job done early!
What more can I say? The people at Hendricks Collision Center were all great. Their work is superb and they made a bad situation into a pleasant outcome.
