Very friendly and professional staff. Drop off and pick process was fast and simple. All my question was answered with no hesitation. My car was repaired by the time and date, they informed me it would be. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

While cleaning my vehicle, something very sentimental to me blew out of my truck. I called and the staff was very insensitive, especially the manager of the detailing department. He did not even apologize for losing it. He just said that sometimes it happens. I am highly disappointed with my experience and will not be returning.
