Everyone treated us wonderfully and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, there is a bubble in the paint which will require further attention.

The repair came out great. It was done fast too. Definitely will recommend.

The gentleman handling my work was very professional. He explained everything before work began and went over all of the paperwork after the work was completed. He explained the details of the work while we were inspecting my car. This is the only place I will take our vehicles to for repairs due to the experience I have had this time and in the past.

What was promised about when my car would be completed was not near a reality. Missed by two days! Since the repair was not being paid for by insurance and I was 45 minutes away, constant trips, despite assurance from my appraiser, in a rented car to pick up a supposedly finished car was unpleasant to put it politely.

I was very pleased with Jeremy Holtzclaw, service Advisor. He treated me with professionalism and respect and kept me informed of the status of my car.

Amazing service from all

The person assigned to me (Carol Malone) was not good at all. She was very vague when she called to let me know that my car was ready. I had to leave my car several times because of the interior detailing along with the spacing on my front bumper. I was satisfied with the exterior body work, but my insurance paid for a “full detail” and the only thing that “MetroTech” did was vacuum my car out and wipe the visible spots of juice off of my seats. Overall, I am really disappointed in the customer service that I received. It appears that the reps at Hendrick have so much going on that rushing is all they do. Small details aren’t important to them clearly. Communication was not clear because even though I was working with Anthony, Carol still called; which indicates that they had not even spoke to each other. I was extremely upset about the lack of concern regarding my interior detailing!! MetroTech did a Horrie job! I contacted my insurance agent and I am now going to take my car to the Lexus dealership to have them complete a “full detail” which my insurance company paid Hendrick collison to complete! Completely ridiculous that I now have to take my car somewhere else to get my interior detailed! And, I called and left a voicemail after I had left Hendrick on 07-12-2018; and still did not receive a return phone call the next day, so clearly Hendrick doesn’t care about their customers!

the repairs were done completely to our satisfaction - there was a bit of a delay in communication as to when the repairs were going to be finished.

Hendrick Collision did an excellent job with the bodywork and paint repair of my vehicle. Randall kept me posted via email on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop. Having a Enterprise Car Rental Office on site made for getting a vehicle very conveinent. Very pleased with their overall work and service! Mike B.

The manager Chris **** was awesome. He answered lots of questions and was very detailed in handling my repair. He was always enthusiastic and genuinely concerned with getting my car repaired and painted like I wanted. Everything went exactly as he described and he has already followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Great guy and and Hendricks should be proud. Excellent employees and great customer service are hard to find these days. Hendricks collision center will get my future business. Thanks Richard P
