This was BY FAR the best experience I’ve had with an auto body shop. From the Geico representative, to the front desk staff, to the mechanic, to the Enterprise rep and rental experience. I’m actually completely surprised how pleasurable the experience was. Everyone was very polite, courteous, and professional. Repairs were completed very quickly. My car was returned to me repaired wonderfully, washed, and detailed on the inside. After such a high repair bill I felt that a simple car wash and vacuum was not out of line. Repair looks good though. Hope you are not paying Metro Tech too much money because they are ripping you off blind. In fact there was another lady outside loudly bitching about her dirty car and lack of service. Who wants to have to work with a collision center? Unfortunately, only people who've had accidents!
But working with the entire staff at Hendrick Honda Collision Center turned an unpleasant, inconvenient circumstance into yet another Hendrick Honda top-notch experience. Jonathan Malave, in particular, was from the very onset committed to handling my car's repairs in the most professional, communicative and friendly manner possible.
