The only recommendation I have is that your team clean the vehicle before returning it. I had dust all over the interior and drove straight to a car wash to get my car back to normal. Rubber floor mats also dirty.

You don’t need to contact me, just improve your customer service. It took a minimum of ten phone calls every time I tried to check on my vehicle. I received no updates on repairs or completion date. Only after I picked my car up did I get a text and an email saying I would be updated about the status of my repairs. I also had to make three calls to my insurance company from the collision center when I came to drop my vehicle because they insisted my rental car was not covered. Your staff people also seemed to have issues with communication between departments. And the phone system is horrendous.
