The hatch lid is not closing like it should . I'm having to slam it shut andwhen opening it it is still grinding on the lock assembly. This was one of my main concerne with it when I first dropped it off. I did tell them it was my concern.

I would prefer to have a conversation about how my entire situation was handled. Approvals from Travelers for my separate windshield replacement were repeatedly questioned despite my calling Travelers to confirm payments. My original quote for installation of a trailer hitch was given to me based on never having done one like mine before and therefore grossly underestimated the true cost. My windshield approval was emailed to Hendrick to Monday February 25 but the windshield order wasn’t placed until March 6th. Additionally, my trailer hitch installation was estimated to cost $1500 to $1600 yet came in at a cost of $1800 and still not complete. I now have to bring my car to Southpoint BMW.l to complete the installation. I am politely requesting that Hendrick pay for any extra charge from Southpoint given that the **** was dropped in a serious manner by the people handling the claim and repairs that I had fully explained to everyone involved with the claim from Nationwide and additional work I requested beyond the accident caused by Nationwides client.
