Don was a great advisor and kept us informed as to the progress made on the repair and when it would be finished. When I picked up our Honda Pilot, the airbag error light came on and Don immediately brought the car in the shop to diagnose the problem. When they realized the Pilot had to go to the Honda dealer for repair, they took the Pilot to the dealer so the repair was made in a timely fashion!
