While the car looks good, the service when I picked up was not what I expected... the young lady (no name, young, long black hair) was very nice and courteous (receptionist?) greeted me very nicely. I told her who I was and that I was there to pick up my car. I signed over the check. She said she would get someone to get my car for me. So I sat in the waiting area. She came back and "she" would be up in a few minutes. After 10 mins, the receptionist said she would get someone to go to the back and get her. After 15 mins I went to the counter and said "is there someone else who can get my car for me"? She said let me check. The recep. went to the back and came back and said she would be up here shortly. I then saw a woman with her purse walk to "her" office. I waited again another 15 mins and finally the woman with the purse came up and asked if I was Melanie ****. I told her I had a rental car, and showed her where it was and handed her the keys. She then walked me to my car and she checked to make sure there wasn't a paper mat on the floor. She told me about how I would be sent an email about my experience and hoped I would give a high rating. I told her I was not happy about waiting so long to get my car. I then left. I cannot believe I had to wait so long just to pick up my car.

Mr. Retter is a class act. I will bring all my repair needs to him.

Dendi is great to work with. She catered to my schedule. I got my truck back as planned.

Very satisfied from the receptionist to Brandon who went over car to customer service rep. They all did great job and car smelled and felt like new. Paint job great tire and wheel perfect. Thanks to all the crew.

Upon pickup of our vehicle. I noticed the right front quarter panel had a significant scratch/abrasion which I don’t think was previously there. When I questioned the advisor, he said it was there when we dropped off. Since my wife is the primary driver, i questioned her about this and informed me that she had no knowledge of it or that she had an incident. I would like to know if any pictures are available that were taken when the large scratch/abrasion was noticed by the technician prior to repair. This would settle the issue. I should mention that I informed the advisor about windshield damage we sustained earlier upon check in that was not part of our claim. Thank you....

USAA and Hendrick Collision both must realize they have the best rep they could hire to represent their company. He is. Honest and concerned about his customers. He gives you the feeling that he truly cares, not very common these days with car care. Fortunately for me and my family this Honda dealership and Hendrick Collision are a great fit. I thank you for providing this employee for me to work with.

James did an outstanding job through the whole process. He explained the repair process and the amount of time it would take to complete the repairs to make truck. He kept me informed and delivered my fixed vehicle earlier than promised. The professional service and attitude of my Service lady, Dendi helped put me at ease. The accident was such a frustrating experience but her calming personality and assurances made me confident that I would be able to relax and receive optimal repairs in a timely fashion. She ushered me to a very efficient Enterprise rep who put in a lot of personal effort to make sure I was placed in a comparable vehicle instead of the sedan that the insurance rep setup. Dendi remained in touch with updates often and double checked to make sure every concern about specific checks for damage were addressed. I got my vehicle back and when a minor issue arose, I texted and was invited back in by Dendi to quickly address the issue. It took no more than ten minutes. I am very impressed with Dendi Wilson. I am also very impressed with your service. It’s a second time for me in less than a year. Drivers behind me did not stop at the same stop sign twice. I don’t want to have another accident but there is comfort in knowing your professional service can eliminate possible frustrations and return my vehicle to top shape stat. Thank you. Customer service was excellent. Updates were frequent and relevant. Work performed was professional and well done. Wonderful touch to have my car returned cleaner than when it went in. Biggest complaint was parking!
