I was never informed about the status of my car at anytime but had to continually make phone calls to the collision center and the insurance company regarding supplemental hold and confirmation payment. Never once did intake technician call me except to pick up the car. The insurance company had informed me that it was an eleven hour job ; this job took 9 days. I realize the existence of a holiday but 9 days later was when I received my car.

I had used the live chat and text options multiple times to get updates on my car (I was out of town and trying to see if I needed to coordinate a rental upon return) and was told by the person I corresponded with that someone would follow up. No one ever followed up. I finally called from the airport on the day of my returns and didn’t get an answer the first time, then called a second time to finally talk to the technician.
Yesterday someone told me they didn’t think the paint on the new parts matched up as well as they could have.
