The service provided was simply the best. I was treated from the beginning professionally and respectfully. My car had special handling requirements for a second party which was paying for the repairs, the staff handled everything precisely without any hiccups at all. I rarely find a shop that does not come without some type of problem, not one thing I can honestly say disappointed me. Jeremy has done everything possible to make us happy. I wasn't happy with the clean up jobagyer the repair and we brought the car back to have it cleaned. While in the shop somebody dropped bright red paint on the car. Jeremy did his job. The problem is in the repair shop. I have had multiple vehicles painted there from the many accidents from Wilmington drivers. This has been my only bad experience.

The repairs, once finally begun, took longer than I was initially led to believe. The text communication was excellent though, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Work with the insurance company was also very good. The three week repair after the initial appraisal two weeks earlier seemed excessive.

Mark was incredibly attentive; he called and reported as progress was made. He had to send a part back bc it came a bit damaged. I’m impressed he went that extra mile. My Nissan dealership service dept guys sent us to Hendrick bc they knew we’d get Nissan certified parts and things would be completed promptly.
