The work done on my car was done well and quickly, but the customer service was lacking. On the day I was expecting to pick up my vehicle, i called multiple times and encountered no answer . I left several messages and no one called me back. Thankfully enterprise rent a car was amazing and they were able to answer my questions and fine out the status of my car.
Then after pixking up my vehicle, i was drovong,home on the highway and once I accelerated, my hood, which was apparently not fully latched, started flapping in the wind. I was afraid it would fly all the way open and cause serious damage or am accident, so I was forced to pull over on a busy highway to close it. This is a dangerous lack of attention to detail. I never thought that would be something I needed to double check, but I will from now on.
Overall, I will not be returning to Hendrick collision in the future.
Please do not call me. Just do better.

Service is designed to minimize contact with clients (?in order to speed up service). Matter of fact treatment is not appreciated. No phone calls allowed with service representative. Only brief ambiguous texts. Reminds me of the US ARMY.
