I appreciated the clear communication, with updates that let me know of any changes. For instance, upon inspection, additional damage was found as the car was examined, so additional parts needed to be ordered, and they thot'they would still be able to complete repairs by the planned 'due'date. They were correct.... But even if it needed to be later, just knowing what the expectation was, was helpful, and having that explained and communicated was very helpful.... without me having to keep calling to pursue answers.
The car looks great, looks like the paint matches really well... Am grateful I took it to you....i thot'taking my Honda to a Honda dealer might lead to better care... You have the ability to tweak things more minutely since you have all the 'right' instrumentation for my car... it certainly feels it was a wise decision to bring the vehicle to you.... Looks great , and drives well. :)
