The lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. Chris Mathis was very helpful with answering my questions, doing a very complete estimate, communicating updates on the progress of my car repairs and returning my phone calls. Everything (except the crowded parking lot) was extremly nice. Dana was very efficient and hospitable. I was kept aware of the progression of the work. The repairs were flawless. NO orange peel paint job here!! The tech who did the work even fixed a tree branch dent that was not part of the damage - minor but very apppreciated. The cleanup was superior. Excellent job!!!
