Marc was very professional and was very accommodating to my budget needs. Being a full time student and having to pay out of pocket is very hard to do, but he made sure I was able to manage it and walk away with a new looking car. The servicemen were unprofessional when dealing with me. The receptionist kept giving us filthy looks when we were in the waiting room. We will NEVER return under any circumstance and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We had to return to get our door lock fixed because it wasn't checked prior to that. We felt that we not taken care of properly and I was treated as if I was lying about what damage was caused by the accident. God is my witness. POOR service.

Today I finally unloaded all of the stuff in the cargo area that had been in the cargo area floor compartment. Discovered a large gap in the cargo area compartment between the large cargo compartment and the small rear compartment that holds the jack. The original floor had no gaps. The small compartment that holds the jack is smaller. It won't even fit in if it's in the holder. The rest of the work is great and the service was excellent. This just doesn't look good.
