The work that was done is perfect. My only complaint is that I thought that a scrape spot on passenger side rear was going to be painted and it wasn't. It certainly may have been a misunderstanding on my part since it didn't get conveyed to the estimate

I'm going on my third time having to take the truck back. Keep finding issues that weren't repaired or were repaired poorly. Now I have still found a dent in the "a" pillar from the accident. The AC wasn't charged after the repairs that I brought the truck back for the second time. . Alignment was done but truck pulls to the right still. (Not done by first choice tho) The frame horn brackets were put on backwards and upside down even tho they are stamped left and right Really seems like the quality and quality control could use some help. The paint work looks great tho. Some of the best I have ever had done on repairs.
Eric that I have been dealing with is great to talk to and really appreciate his customer relations and so has Todd. Also very easy to talk to appreciates issues I have brought up.
