My vehicle looks awesome both inside and out but my AC isn’t working and boy it gets hot in there! But I am very satisfied with the response I received when I called the Nampa location to let them know I need to bring it it to get heckled out. I really appreciate the call from Jeremy regarding my situation.

My license plates were lost or stolen during the time my car was undergoing repairs. While it's possible the repair shop who briefly had my vehicle in their possession misplaced them, the fact that my car was allowed off the First Choice Lot without plates in place is a pretty huge oversight and has created a great deal of inconvenience and time lost at work trying to rectify the matter. So far the actual repair work seems fine and customer service was nice and helpful, but the plates is a pretty big deal!

The repair team did an outstanding job and the ladies up front were very friendly and informative. I will recommend fender mender whenever I can. Thank you!

While a miscommunication regarding First Choice's loaner car policy forced me to alter plans & scramble to get a rent a car, I know that it wouldn't happen again now that I know the policy, and would not keep me from comming back. So, aside from the one-time issue here's my review: First Choice was awesome to work with & they did a great job! They were friendly, informative & my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off (inside & out!). I was updated via txt as often as I wanted to be so that I knew when the car would be ready (&that they were still on schedule ????). I was glad that First Choice was suggested by Allstate. First Choice is now my 1st choice.

Nobody told me that rhr repair would take more than one day and was told it would tske 3 days. until I was there droppi myg it off. I was called and thrn told the parts would take a day to arrive and I would be called when the time I bff was known. The next thing I received was a text that my vehicle would Now take 8 days to repair no person called to tell me. I was called near 5 pm on Friday and told the car was completed but didn't have enough time to arrange a rode to go get it so told them I would have to pick up Monday. When I arrive Monday the vehicle was not ready I was told it needed a car wash first.. also when I was given a quote the person did not check.out the vehicle and didn't seem to notice that my side mirrors were all banged up with pieces missing. So they did not give me an accurate quote. So I ended up paying several hundred dollars over what I I was quoted. I think a person should be clearly communicated with on how lo bff a repair will take, someone that knows what their doing should do thr quote and they should inform you ahead of time if there is a chance the quote will change mid repair. And for heavens heaven's sake have thr car ready to go or let rhe person know they need to call ahead to have it ready. Customer service is seriously lacking. Repair looks great.

If you offer loaner cars, please make that fact evident when someone brings their car in. Otherwise very satisfied.

I think the estimate took a bit long but they are very detailed with the estimate and make sure they are getting the right parts for a fair price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They are pretty quick at getting parts in and repairing your car at least that was the case for me. My car looked like new when I picked it up.
