Upon receiving my car, the floors of the drivers and passengers side were completely covered in white powder, as were the drivers and passengers seat. My seats are very hard to clean and I detailed it not too long ago. Even after one of the employees took my car back to get it sprayed down, it was still dirty looking. This was not how I dropped it off. I feel that when a company dirties someone's car and leaves it in worse condition that they received it (aside from the work they did on the hood and fender) they should offer some sort of compensation.
