Debris left in bed of truck Bed mat not reinserted under tool box Sealant smudge on interior arm rest Auto start antenna hanging @ mirror Soft gun rack not reinstalled on P. seat - why was this removed? Normally not pissed off over below, but ! Back seats left in the upright position Front passenger seat left forward Radio station changed - This happens at every shop - why? This was all discovered after I received a text standing in your office saying that I had already picked up my truck. You obviously don’t understand how quality control works. You don’t text me saying my truck has been picked up when you haven’t even checked to see if the truck was clean. No body looked at the truck prior to calling me to say it was ready for pickup. What concerns me is what else wasn’t checked? Do I need to QC everything you’ve done? Do I need torque the bolts on my 200 lb. rear bumper to make sure it doesn’t fall off going down the highway? As far as I can tell, the body work appears fine. I just get a little nervous when a company can’t do the little things right. You got paid to do 100% of the work, not 99%. FYI - if any words above seam out of place, this program is extremely sensitive to auto correct and has changed several words. I don’t believe it is my phone. Scrolling up and down has been difficult. I can’t even scroll to the top right now to recheck.

Excellent job. I was a bit cranky over the lost Key and the staff was very nice and tolerate of me. Appreciate all the work that was done.

They did such a great job, I brought it back thinking my running light wasn’t working, turns out it was the rear light and they changed it even though it didn’t have anything to do with what they fixed. Staff was nice and helpful
