Thank you for cleaning my car!!

Unfortunately for me this is the second time I have had to be there In a couple months. Fortunately I felt really taken care of by Jim. He is stellar! He is thorough and his customer service skills are welcoming and friendly and professional! I came back a second time because of him! He remembered my name and he seemed to really care about my repair! He wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. He explained things in a way that I understood it too. I will recommend Gabes due to the experience I had and he is the reason why! I have an example.... The first time I was in my side panel was hit by a shopping cart in high winds. The repair was done but the limited tag was put back on crooked. I could immediately see it when I picked up the car. Jim was not there when I picked up the car. Another younger guy said I don't see it and the customer service was not there. I took a piece of paper and measured it... Sure enough... Crooked by about a half an inch!!! When I saw Jim when I brought the car back in he said yes I see that we will take care of it and he did! He takes pride in good results. You are lucky to have an employee that cares. It makes a difference so people want to come back!!! Employees make or break your business... In his case he is helping your reputation! Cheryl W

I could not be more pleased with Gabe's Collision and the work they did on my vehicle. When I picked it up I was amazed by the quality of the paint job, labor and the interior was even cleaned! Finally, I would just like to say how much I appreciated Shannon Liberatore. She was patient with my frequent drop ins and was a true professional!

Car looks great. I appreciated getting text messages throughout the week updating me on the progress. However, the car wasn't ready on the date and time the text messages indicated; I received a message that morning saying I would be called if there were any delays. Since I did not receive a call, I went to pick up my car at the appointed time and it was not ready. It was not a big deal at all, I was only muddy annoyed, but that kind of defeats the purpose of getting updates via text message.
