The rep I worked with was great. The process took too long. Non OEM part was installed, meaning the fit and finish was horrible. It took 2 attempts to repair the car to standard. Plus the alignment of the finder, left headlight assembly was just eyeballed. The quality assurance team really lacked attention to detail. As a business professional. I think it's imperative to provide a customer base with world class service. A first time fix should be the the common goal in a service organization. A customer should never be inconvenienced on such a personal task that they, the experts, couldn't see that the job was subpar and that they themselves wouldn't accept such a novice job. I had my Nissan murano there and it took approximately 4x to paint properly. So I looked at it as an anomaly, so I gave the organization another try. Very disappointed again!
