Customer service was great up until the last day and half. I was told it would be ready on Friday, when I called the lady never told me why it wouldn’t be and I felt like she didn’t want to even talk to me. She never offered and explanation. The car however looks great!!

My car was in two accidents in the same week. Classic Collision was able to manage the two different insurance companies and the respective damages while keeping me updated on the progress. The finished product was better than I expected. The technicians attention to detail on items that I would have overlooked made a big difference in the overall appearance of the car. My car was detailed to perfection. It rained while the car was outside waiting to be picked up. The technician quickly dried the car so that I could enjoy the true beauty. Everyone in the facility was warm, kind and friendly, but most of all compassionate. Accidents are frustrating and a big inconvenience. They made the experience more like a trip to get your car detailed.

Body came out nice. Spacer was left attached to inside of quarter panel. No electrical diagnostic option. Check Engine light on HUD was still on after pickup. Needs alignment (loose steering wheel).
