My experience with Classic Collision was exceptional! From beginning to end, I received status updates on the progress regarding the repairs to my car. All staff associated with this company were professional and friendly. Customer service is the key and that is what I received. By the way the repairs to my car were as though the incident never happened. I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much! WS

Dennis Damron did a great job keeping me informed of my car’s status and of making sure the job was done correctly and with good quality. He was very easy to work with. I would recommend him to others. The front desk staff was always very friendly and welcoming. I would certainly recommend Classic Collision to anybody needing repairs.

Unbelievable service, amazing!!!!

I appreciate that CC communicated regularly about the status of the car, but they were consistently overly optimistic about the time it would take to repair. There were many repairs to be made and the amount of time it took was very reasonable--but I was told that it might be ready the next business day since Dec 21 and it was actually ready on Jan 2.

Everyone I dealt with provided excellent communication and service. Will took over my claim after about a week and never missed a beat. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I have had prior work done on my vehicles with Classic Collision. I was very impressed with your service on both of these first two occasions. Obviously, this was why I chose to have your company repair the damages on my vehicle again. From the moment I walked thru the door, everyone was friendly and helpful, but I didn’t really pay that much attention to this hospitality that was expected. After meeting and working with Mr. Lee Smolen, I realized there was much more to my experience. It had been a very long time since I have had the pleasure of doing business with a company’s representative who couldn’t have been more professional. From the vey outset, Lee, was very polite and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable and reassuring regarding the work that would be performed. His professionalism was enough to assure me that I was dealing with someone I could totally trust ! It’s a shame that there are not more people, in other service industries, that can even come close to providing the same experience that Mr. Lee Smolen, provided for me.
