My car repair was completed in 24 hours and I was very pleased with the work and the service! Katie at the front office was extremely efficient and pleasant. John, the shop estimator, was professional and on top of things. I didn't meet the staff that actually did the repairs on my car but judging from the timely and pristine work they did, they're awesome too! Everyone in the shop seemed to have a great attitude so I would assume that they enjoy what they do and management values them and treats them well.

Greetings - your work is always top-notch. The only problem I have (2008 black Dodge Charger) is that the estimate was for approx. 2k and the bill was 4k. I understand that you found additional damage when you started tearing the car down, but a phone call would have been nice. I may have decided to scrap the car out. Now I have a 2008 Charger with 4k worth of work and the car isn't really worth that. James Callaway - City Of Morrow C

The repair part of the service was excellent. Customer service, however, was terrible. I could not get in touch with anyone to to schedule the appointment. My calls were not returned. Messages were not returned. Mailboxes were always full. Requests to speak to the manager were not acted upon. No one was there to speak to me at my appointment when I dropped off the car.. The entire experience was disappointing. I do understand that this happened over the holidays. I also understand that technology changes. But businesses must keep their customers informed.
