When my wife left the rental car provided by enterprise at Collision she had requested that the car be inspected prior to her leaving. She was told there was no need and she left feeling satisfied with the work and service. 2 ****/2 hours latter she receives a threatening call from Enterprise that there was damage to the car and a demand for insurance information was insisted or she would be billed. The matter is under investigation however this has left a sour taste of professionalism. If it were simply an employee of Enterprise we would state other wise however the rental was release to one of your employee.

Very unorganized as the receptionists were unaware of when my car should be complete. I got an estimate for my car and was told they would be able to
Fix it then I get a phone call from the receptionist telling me that they are unsure if they can fix it because I need proof of my original claim.. Which did not make any sense. She ended up understanding that she was not making any sense, and they fixed my car very well, but the unorganization and miscommunication among your staff members will make it unlikely I will ever come back.
