I was very impressed with the person who initially assisted me when I went in to drop off my vehicle. He was very professional and very friendly. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle I was very impressed with the repair and how they took the time to clean my vehiche, I will definitely reccomemd classic collision. Five star service!!!!!!

The repair work itself seems to be fine. I was extremely disappointed in the length of time the repair took. My car was at Classic Collision for 2 months. I received text updates with different completion date every other day since December 15th with rarely an explanation for the delay. When I called to get an explanation I was always told that Volvo kept sending the wrong part. This happened about 5 times. That sounds absolutely ridiculous to me.

Yes I want to say and Holly was one of the best Representatives that I've met they gave us full attention and every detail on what was going on with my mother's car she pointed out everything that needed to be done what is going to take to get it done Coast with all the parts and stuff that under warranty and that the car will be done and satisfy to our satisfaction a hundred percent Hollywood very kind very open and very honest about what needed to be done she went out of her way to make me and my mom feel comfortable about getting my mom's car done she was one of the best if not the best representative that I've ever spoken to in these situations because you know these situations they get to be kind of hairy and people get stressed out but Holly was one that was true to whatever she was saying it got done and she took us to all the process and the steps I appreciate Holly I think she should be recommended get an award her satisfaction with the the customer she was one of the best and I thank Holly and Classic Collision for what they done to my mom's car and putting it back together for her.
