I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved. They had my car for three weeks, and called me last Friday to tell me it was ready. I drove all the way down there, waited over half an hour for them to get my car bc they didn't bother to clean it before I arrived, and when I got into my car I noticed they never bothered to repair the fuel sensor (which broke as a result of the accident- I had half a tank of gas before someone crashed into that exact spot on my car and immediately after it was flashing "0 miles to empty"). They tried to tell me I just needed to put gas in it. So I went and put 20 in it. Nothing changed, still flashed "0 miles to empty". I went back to classic collision to tell them this and they had the nerve to tell me to "just put a little more gas in it". Not one person would accept responsibility or apologize for the fact they were negligent and careless and didn't check to make sure everything in my car was functioning properly. I wasted an hour and a half of my time last Friday and all I heard from the staff was excuses about how it wasn't their responsibility to check it. One guy asked me if I specifically told them to look at the fuel sensor. There was 8500 worth of damage done to my car- 3 pages of everything they had to fix, and I was supposed to tell them every single thing they needed to repair? You guys are a collision repair shop. It's your JOB to inspect cars, assess what needs repairing after an accident, and then repair it. I got my car back yesterday finally, and still no one apologized for the terrible job they did, or for wasting my time last week. I still heard even more excuses. I will never use classic collision again, and I will adimently tell everyone to never use them either if they can help it.

I was very pleased with the service and the finishing touches such as the cleanup inside my car. It was a pleasant ending to an unfortunate incident related to the fender bender. I felt like my car looked as good as new, inside and out!

Marco White greeted me on time, was fast efficient, explained what would occur and gave me the comfort knowing that my car would be well cared for and fixed to manufacturers specifications. I do not believe I would go anywhere else given the professionalism and courtesy that was extended both when I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up. Exceptional customer service with a high level of attention to detail. The car looks fantastic!

I was advised that my car would/could possibly be completed by the end of the day, but that was contingent on the paint drying. Ironically, after adding the CDW for the rental car, my car took FOUR days to complete. I was initially billed for SIX days of coverage, although the car was returned in five days. Based on the time table and "paint drying" time, I should have been able to retrieve my vehicle and return the rental no later than Monday (three days coverage). I understand that Enterprise is a separate company, but cannot overlook the fact that your companies compliment and support each other. I truly believe the "completion" date of my car was extended purposefully to pad income for Enterprise.

My date changed but over all they dud an excellent job. I was pleased with the paint job and grateful Phillip and Tameka stayed late for me. She also helped me to get Allstate to accept liability on my claim. I didn't have to seek a lawyer .
