Our air conditioner isn't working, and our passenger side front door wouldn't open from the inside of the car. I fixed the door; the rod was disconnected from the door latch. The air conditioner I can't figure out. I don't think the compressor is even kicking on. The interior fans work, but the air comes out hot. I think something in the new wiring harness isn't quite right. When can this be fixed.

Upon pick up of my car, i noticed many things; loose bolts, unpainted areas, excess paint, missing pieces, ect. So i left my car for the weekend only to return monday afternoon and the care look dirtier and still not have everything complete. Pretty sad and half **** work. I expect the missing parts to be ordered and i will have to secure the loose parts myself.

I am satisfied the only thing was that when they replaced the rear bumber they did not remove the step I have installed in the tow hitch and it was scratched in two places while installing the new bumper. I now have to have it sent to have it re powder coated.

Anthony McNally is an absolutely great representative for your company. Although I have a couple of issues with my vehicle after your completion of the job. One issue I have is the Cheyenne emblems on the side of my truck was not spelled correctly it says Chenneye. I must stress that this was not Anthony fault. When we figured it out he was caught as much by surprise as I was. I just want that emblem put back correctly on equal spacing as the other side of my truck. Also the door locks have been reversed so when one opens and shows open with the orange stripe the other one shows black the opposite way as locked. I would give the score overall on a scale of 0 to 10 how would give you guys a 9. Very helpful very courteous very respectful and I thank you very much for that. My only issues are very slight but I am sure that Anthony will handle it with class like he has all through this process. Thank you very much for all your hard work and I will be looking forward to working with you in the future.
