I will never go anywhere else. I was treated with so much more respect than at ABRA. The Associate that helped to process my car was nice and talked me thru the new automated system they were currently being trained to use. He used his phone the entire time and showed me how seamless it was take pictures and notes that showed up instantly in there database inside. It was pretty cool to watch. He even found things ABRA did not but were pretty obvious once he pointed them out to me.
The team was prompt in answering my questions. I especially liked being able to email or text when I needed something. They were even accommodating by sending a picture of my car during the process. My car was surprisingly cleaned inside and out. They even did a better job than my Lexus dealership. Job well done.

Headlights were supposed to be fixed. Was told if we bought the headlights the body shop would put them in. It shouldn't be up to us to fix or buy something from being hit. It's not a big deal but it is something that we will have to incur for no reason.

Prefer more verbal communication, at least once per week, than canned text updates. While the text updates are helpful, there is no opportunity for dialogue, particularly if you have a lengthy repair. To be fair, they were available for dialogue when I called but would prefer if they called me once per week. Otherwise, very pleased with the process and the professionalism of the staff.

The customer service provided by Brittany was great, her initial welcome with a smile and warm friendliness then continuing that throughout the completion. She was spot on keeping me updated. Kudos to Brittany! The only suggestion I would have you to consider is timelines. Although I understood that a part had to come from Germany which extended the time out when promised, then you may want to give that consideration before providing a promised date. I was given an initial pick-up on Thursday but actually picked up Monday. If it's determined on inspection a part is to be ordered then order immediately so that that time inclusive up pick-up date provided to customer. Overall service was great and I'm glad to know I have the guarantee with your professional standards.
