Dustin did a great job of making me feel comfortable that the car would be treated properly. I really like the status update emails.
When got there to pick up the car it was ready and looked great! I am very happy with the entire experience.

It's not a huge issue so you don't need to contact me, but do want to let you know that since getting my car back I've noticed a very strong odor from the paint. It's throughout the interior of the car and leaves our garage smelling each morning since it's so strong, but it will go over time. It is very strong though so I'm assuming it's based on where the car was parked during the work.

My airbag light is on now, and my speaker cover is dented. Also, I think if you're painting / blending any panel it should not have flaws left in it when you're done. Geico's standard for what you're paid to do, and what standard you accept may not align, but it seems like you have the final say as far as what quality standards you maintain, and you should discuss that with the Customer.

I noticed when I shut my passenger side door from the outside I can hear the sound of glass sliding around inside the door. But, when I shut it from the inside I don't hear that. I think there might just be some broken glass stuck down at the bottom of the door.

I had an appointment for December 9 at 12:30. I flew back early in order to make this appointment. At 12:15 I received a call that Classic Collision had no room on the lot for my car, despite the fact that I had an appointment. The representative explained that they would not want my car to be damaged while it was on the lot because there were so many other cars. The fact that I had an appointment meant nothing.
