I was completely satisfied with the work done; However, an offer to look at and maybe address/ provide a quote on other items noticed on the vehicle would have been well received...and a nice touch. Especially since the vehicle was out of commission for several days anyway. It could have been communicated seperately from the claim

My vehicle took a month to fix, which I believe is a long time to fix the damage to my Toyota Corolla, but the month wouldn't have been an issue had my expectations been properly managed. Throughout the month, the date I was told that my car would be ready changed 6 times. I returned my rental after 2 weeks and chose not to ask for an extension because I kept thinking that my car would be ready soon. Please don't call me, I've given all of the feedback I intend on giving.
