My car was given back to me with a spoiler completely discolored, which it wasn't when it was taken in. My spoiler never looked so poor and different. Someone at classic collision messed up my spoiler and stating that is was brought it like this which it definitely wasn't. I have numerous witnesses that will state my spoiler was not discolored, including my dealership where my car is serviced.

Alex at CC was wonderful, very helpful. Your automatic emails, on the other hand... The car was evaluated to be totaled 2 weeks ago, yet I still received these emails as if nothing was changed, as if you were still doing the work on the car. Somewhat confusing.

I was very happy and extremely impressed with everyone that I worked with! Zachary Koehn was terrific in finding a replacement vehicle for me to work out of while my truck was being repaired. Jon Whitaker made me feel like my truck was in good hands and he did a wonderful job with the repairs. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and it was ready to be picked up Thursday. Everyone was friendly, professional and wanted to help anyway they could even volunteering to move my work equipment over to the rental vehicle and back to my truck when I came to pick it up. I would highly recommend them and will do so to anyone that needs work done.
