I was told that my deductible was 500, when actually it was 250. When my car was brought around, I noticed my mirror still had scuffs on it when they were defintely circled by the adjuster. Although it only took a few minutes to buff it out, it kind of ruined how good you all were with communicating all throughout the experience.
Nonetheless, Classic Collision does great work.

I received four different delivery times for my car. I did not get my calls returned. The only way I knew it was ready I had to call the insurance adjuster to find out if it was ready. Then when I went to pick it up it took two hours. It had to be washed and still had some issues with the truck. Very poor experience
