The experience was great! I didn't have to call everyday to receive updates on my car, the company sent text messages which worked very well for me since I have a busy schedule. everyone I dealt with here was super nice and helpful. I just got my car back two days ago, but everything seems to be in good working order. I was also pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed out my floorboards. it wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture.
