Too much over spray and orange peel. Interior was dirty and dusty from repairs and smells like paint. We spoke to Chris and he said he'll make it right next week when I can bring it back in.

The initial customer service with the GEICO and the Classic Collision agents were professional, prompt and personable. My side mirror was replaced and my car was spectacularly cleaned. The EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience occurred after arrangements were made to pick-up my car, after hours. I was told that my key sensor would be left in an envelope, under the trashcan. Well, after having spent over one hour looking for my sensor and speaking to a GEICO representative about the plausible areas for my sensor, I contacted my parents, who were several miles from the location, to bring the sensor to me. Sadly, I contacted the Classic Collision Representative Christy, via GEICO, and she apologized for my sensor NOT being left in the hiding place. She did "..not know.." what happened. Additionally, my request of having my car locked, was NOT honored. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION for anyone I know needing repairs AND BLUE RIBBON CUSTOMER CARE.

Good job done , but I want to give a feedback.i was not wanting but since this came I thought I will share. I had kept a very expensive perfume in the car which I found was missing . It was a brand new bottle which I bought from wal mart at 48 dollars. Thank you
