Classic Collision

Car was repaired in Feb.2016. Wasn't super-impressed with the quality of work or how dirty the inside of my car was. Just happy to have my car back after nearly a month. Returned August 2016 because bumper was coming loose from the car, several places still had bondo residue stuck to them, paint job was splotchy and shotty in places, pieces of tape-lined plastic was stuck in my brake pads, and I was occasionally getting a strong smell of gasoline inside my car. The guy at the service desk (Ross) told me I should never expect the bumper to fit perfectly because they used after market parts. Seriously? Then he told me I would have to take my issue up with Geico and sent me on my way. It took several days and several phone calls to end up right back where I started. 6 days later I was told my car was ready. But when I arrived to pick up my car, the bumper was out of place on the opposite side. I was also told that my car would be spotless the second time around because when I picked it up the first time back in Feb.it was filthy and dusty on the inside. When I picked my car up this time, the inside was clean and the outside was dirty. I was told to come back for a free car wash. No way in hell I'm going back, unless something starts falling off again. And if that happens it will take a whole lot more than a car wash to make me happy.

Finished sooner than the original estimated date and looked brand new. Everyone is very nice and you f=l appreciated for bringing them your business.

Paul was very instrumental in helping me feel like Geico cares about there customer, we were able to get to a medium regarding my diminished value. Everyone yay the classic auto was pleasant and helpful.

It was raining when I picked up my car. So instead of parking it under the roof, they put it outside .. Therefore I never looked at your work till I got home . All is fine , looks good. However, now I have to make another trip over to your place to pick up a bag which was in my trunk. Not sure why it was even removed at all; since all work was on the front of my car... I really think y'all could run a tighter ship; also, the dollars I keep in my center console are glaringly gone... I use them for tips, so it's ok.

I asked for the windshield to be replaced along with the other repairs. It was noted but not written down. I now have to use another contractor and take more of my time.

Repairs were done promptly and thoroughly. Service and communication from all staff, especially that of Sierra and Tamara was excellent. I would recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing body repair work done in the future.
