I haven't had collision repair in awhile, probably more that 30 years. I thought that the repair work was okay but not near original specifications.

The issue came with the electronic notifications...I was out of town for work and when i was contacted about my car being ready I was scrambling trying to take care of things over the phone. I didnt receive notifications until after I received the telephone call telling me my car was ready!

I have explained my issues to Lee Smolen already. There was damage to my bumper and my trunk and the only thing that was done was fixing some cosmetic scratches on the bumper. I don't know how this was missed given that Lee and I talked about where the damage was and he took pictures of it when I brought the car in for an estimate.
