I know unexpected accidents happen. My car was there because of one. I know we all human and make mistakes. They did not make a mistake with fixing my car. It's perfect in every way. The one thing I hated was the impersonal texts that were sent to me especially since my repair was delayed over and over again. It's my only means of transportation and I live out in the country. I elected not to rent a car because I didn't want the expense. When you take a car in and they tell you it will be ready in 5 days and it turns out to be 15 days it doesn't make a happy customer. I know it's not all their fault which is why they needed to stop the texting and do a personal call which they finally started to do but by then it was too late. I would go back to Hanna again but I would say no texting.

I was in very stressful situation. Having lost two family members one week apart this was very devastating Needles to say,followed by a bumper to bumper incident,which lead me to your collision center for assistance. With the help and reassurance from Ron Strohschein along with help from the lady at the front desk. My experience was very pleasant.I was given reassurance that everything will be under Control.I had no worries leading me to any additional stress.I was offered a ride to enterprise for a rental. I received status updates. When my personal vehicle was ready for pick up. The nice lady at the front desk allowed me to leave the rental car with her. And she reassure me that she would make sure that enterprise received their vehicle back. I received my vehicle in excellent condition.The cosmetics repairs was quick and painless. Your support team showed how special and important my business was to them. That was the best customer service I have ever received as a automobile owner. I plan to share my great experience with all of my family and friends. Thank you so much!

My wife pick up the Pilot so I did not see it untill she got it home. The side molding had glue all over it, paint on windows, and a very small chip in new paint. Did any one check the work? Poor attention to detail.

The repairs were not completed properly my wife was given the car as she drove off she decided to check the back up camera and it didn't work. She had to take the car back to complete the repairs and make another trip to get a rental car. Very dissatisfied. My wife said she will not bring her car back.

The metalwork looks great. However, it appears no effort was made to blend the paint whatsoever. The difference from rear quarter panel to rear bumper is glaring. At this point, I would never bring any more work to Hannah Collision, nor would I send anybody I even remotely like.

The repairs dictated on my estimate were NOT completed as stated. State Farm listed the repairs on the estimate along with serial numbers for the parts. Hannah Colision did not carefully read the estimate and replaced the wrong part. This resulted in me being even further inconvenienced as well as the broken part still needing to be fixed. You were quick to take my money for the repair but not as eager to make sure that the repairs were done correctly. If I can read the estimate and discover the difference in serial numbers as well as be able to LOOK at the car and see that a piece is still broken, how is it that your staff can not?

Overall they did a good job. The only thing that could have been better is updating me on the progress of the repairs. I had to call on the day it was scheduled to be done to find out if the car was ready and it turned out it was going to be a few more days.

While satisfied with the end result, I was perplexed that only Ron could handle the State Farm claim and that he was out of town for several days after the time of my accident. Had someone else been able to execute the claim while I was out of town for one week, I would not have had to rent a car, even though thanks to the insurance policy I only had to pay 25. The car was also not ready until 18 hours after promised and I had significant difficulty reaching Ron, e.g. I called him many more times than he returned my call although I often was just trying to return his call.
