Your USAA claims employee (Bob I beleive his name was?) was truly excellent. This was my first time needing auto repairs of any kind and he took care of everything and answered any questions I had quickly and kindly. He never made me feel like a bother. On top of he great customer service the repairs on my VW GTI were of great quality. The service I received has definitely earned my long term business and I now know of.a quality business to recommend for friends and family's car repairs.

Upon picking up my vehicle, it was dirty. It had not been vacummed and the mat and door jam floor board was covered it bootprints from the shop guys. I asked a guy named Keith if he was the manager. He just stood there and said "no Matt is. He's around her somewhere". I guess it would have been too much to ask can I help you. Mary came walking by and I asked her if they usually vacuum out the car. She looked and said oh no. I'll go drive it back to the guys. She was very helpful and polite. As I sat and waited, the Keith guy was just sitting in the office making fun of a customer for parking in the wrong spot. The other young lady looked at me and made a face because she knew how loud and inappropriate hecwas. She was polite too. When Mary returned with my car it looked liked they had wiped down the map with a rag. It was still obvious they hadn't run a vacuum at all in the front back seat and half efforted in the front. Mary mentioned the service department has mats to put in and wondered why they didn't. I concur, I have our vehicles serviced at Hannah's and really thought that practice was customary. The half efforted vacumming and care they treated my vehicle with doesn't make me feel great about the actual collision work I can't see. I was a return customer. I won't be back, will not be recommending to any of my fellow uniformed service personnel and will be contacting USAA to advise them that I believe they should remove Hannah Collision from preferred shop. Its not the excellence that most USAA customers are used too. There is much better out there andII've had much better experiences elsewhere. Again, Mary was very helpful...the only one.
