Collision Center lost or threw out my personal towel I place on the drivers seat. Luckily they did not throw out my other two towels. I found my other towels on the passenger seat and on top of console - exactly where I left them when I dropped off car for repair on Dec. 14.

I had to fetch my own vehicle, no one came out to go over the repairs once I got my keys. All of the damages weren't taken care of the first time and there are additional damages to my vehicle while in your care, and now I have to go back to have the remaining repairs done as well as the new ones, and it's a huge unconvienence to me since I will again be without a vehicle.

I Iturned in my 2016 KIA Sorento on Nov 17th fora repair that was t take 5 days. The car was completed on Dec 7th. The hold up was a part that held the damaged bumper to the vehicle. The initial estimate was done 2 weeks prior to Dec 17 at which time the parts were supposed to be ordered This should tell u why I am not satisfied with my experience The repair itself was done to my satisfaction and Ron was very helpful upgrading my rental and trying to keep me in the loop during the repair. I probably would not use or recommend your shop

I noticed when I go home that my front bumper repair didn't include the license plate mount, and it was missing a plastic plug thing on from the front. Luckily I still had my old bumper from my accident, so I just replaced those parts myself. It does seem like those things should have been caught however.

The car looks great, but the communication was lacking from the start. I'm satisfied with the work though. Obviously they do a good job. It took a month to get the car in when I was quoted two weeks. It took two weeks to finish car when it was quoted four days. I understand hidden damage, but they dropped the **** on a couple of repairs until pointed out. I'm the end though they did good work. I would use them again for sure, but I wouldn't expect to trust the quoted times.

My car was sitting at your collision center for a week getting worked on for a dent. My car battery died while I was grocery shopping right after picking the car up. When I called the first time a guy said no one could come jump me because all the shuttle drivers were at lunch. I was unable to find someone to jump me in the parking lot of the grocery store so I tried calling **** Hannah again. Someone else answres(a woman) and she said she would put someone right on it. She sent Anyhony to jump my car. He arrived fast and fixed the problem. So sort of an annoyance(the lack of help) the first call but thanks for the second call. Nice job.
