I knew that you would do a great job of repairing my car. I wish working with the insurance company had been like working with you. The insurance company actually tried telling me that I could not take it to you for work until it was seen at one of "their" sites and that you did not have adjusters. Thanks for returning my car back to showroom a appearance.

Took too long to repair. Status emails stoped for several days. Got phone call to p/u car. Walking to shop I saw car. The windshield was shattered. Mgr ordered it be replaced on next day. Very inconvenient! I lost time, money and an opportunity to go white- water rafting. Sad, labored experience.
I would not recommend the DH Collision Center. (Would you?) Suggestion: be professional, be accountable, and then be "nice."

I was quoted 5 work days to fix my vehicle. It was then extended daily for an additional 5 days, and on the day it was supposed to be done, there was no update saying it would take **** more day. I left voicemails during regular business hours that didn't get returned for 24 hours. Very dissatisfied.

The work was fine but when I picked up the car today, this is when the crap hit the fan. I would like to speak with the general manager of the dealership about this experience. This needs to be made right. My car has an errror message that was NOT displaying when I dropped it off and it was when i picked it up. They couldn't find my car for 30 mins, they wouldn't find a solution to the error message and your service dept was impossible to work with. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE ABOVE THE SUPERVISORS. This will be fixed and I won't gonaway until it is. I have direct complaints about specific individuals and I want this resolved.
