This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Your representative Charlie was very condescending, didn't care about our concerns at all, very obviously annoyed when asked further questions. It a very clear that Charlie just wanted to get the car out of your lot and didn't give two craps if we were taken care of. We received our vehicle back today and within 5 minutes the vehicle goes into limp mode. But Charlie cleared those codes.. So nothing is wrong..lol.

Sandra and Tyson were amazing. My Subaru looks brand new after getting rear ended. This being my first accident, I was worried and didn’t know what to expect with having my car in the hands of those I don’t know. They were absolutely amazing and treated my car and myself as if it was there own. They kept me informed every step of the way. Sandra made me feel like I’d known her for years!

Noah went "the extra mile" to get my repair finished in the shortest amount of time. The car was cleaner when i picked it up than when I dropped it off! Chris Bjorkman was awesome, very thorough. The truck looks great & you can't even tell there was damage. And on top of doing the great repair job, they vacuumed & wiped down the interior. We'd definitely recommend **** Hannah Collision Ctr in Longview to others
