It was an amazing experience, they took something bad that happened and turned it around and took all the stress and concerns out of it for me, I had complete trust in them, the communication was also amazing! I was very comfortable with the whole process; everyone was friendly and helpful. The work done was finished before predicted and my car looked great. As a woman you kind of have to assume auto body and mechanic shops are going to take advantage of you but I never felt that way, I felt respected by the employees and was satisfied that the price I paid was worth the beautiful work done. I will definitely recommend **** Hannah and will come back if I ever have the need in the future.

The vehicle had rear suspension worked on amongst a variety of other things, and upon picking up the vehicle, the suspension sounds rickety. I will have to bring it back tomorrow after it was at the shop for almost two months to have it looked at.

My car is still broken, even more broken then prior to my accident. I’m very disappointed that my car was kept for almost a month and only body work was done especially when I called and made sure the mechanical and electrical issues were being fixed which I was lied to about every single time. If this shop didn’t do internal work that should be voiced to the customer especially since I asked multiple times. My car was supposed to be sublet to a mechanic for a diagnostic tear down which is common practice. So now here I am with a car that doesn’t even have a horn that works and that’s not the only thing, I have MULTIPLE issues wrong with my car. This was the worst experience of my life. Every single mechanic I talk to even asks me why the collision center didn’t do their job and sublet it to a service center to complete a diagnostic tear down. IM ASKING THE SAME QUESTION. My insurance company was even appalled at the fact that this company let me drive off the lot with a check engine light on, that’s not legally ok they stated. So now here I am with a car that shakes when I brake, my check engine light is on, I have no car alarm, no car horn. I just want it to be known if I get into a car accident due to the safety issues stated above I feel I have no other choice than to seek legal advice. My safety is my biggest concern, not a pretty paint job on my car. My safety is definitely at risk here.

It took over 6 weeks for a simple repair. The communication was horrid and we got excuse after excuse up until finally picking it up. When Jeff was gone a few days Charles took over and things starting to get resolved; unfortunately, it want until the 5th week. Upon Jeff’s return, he tried to move us out another week. Awful experience
