I was impressed with the entire staff. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to follow up with the status of my car. The shop manager gave me a tour of the new location and from what I saw, this was the most impressive body shop I’d ever seen. Gabriel was great to work with as well.

The parts used to repair my Toyota were all original Toyota parts as far as I can tell. Some of the parts were used, (hood, fender, etc. ) but I was informed ahead of time that this would be the case. Paint looks good, and everything works. Good job.

When I left the truck at the collision center it ran great. When I picked it I was asked if I had a battery problem because they had to jump start twice and left it running when it was returned to me.
I drove 34 miles home and the voltage meter showed it was normal. Right after I parked it I wasn't able to start it. On the way I checked to see if the windows were up and when i pulled on the two front window switches (which is something I routinely do) the display went blank and lights popped up on the dash.
Now I will have to have it towed to a dealer.
