VERY satisfied with hail damage work, looked great! Mentioned the two "spider" cracks in the windshield to the gentleman who looks at my truck when it was first brought in and he verbally said the insurance covers windshield cracks like the two I had as he examined them. Insurance did not cover the cracks because they said they weren't hail related. Cracks were NOT there before the hail. Overall satisfied with the work, just very dissatisfied that I was told windshield would be covered and then told otherwise.

Had door moldings removed and there are now scratches on my truck. Was told that it was there when they removed the molding. I have had two auto detailers tell me that it looks like a razor blade or something with a sharp edge was used to remove part of the molding. I was informed that there weren't any sharp objects used remove the moldings by an advanced collision employee. Now my truck looks worse than it did.
