The text updates that I received throughout the week were great to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Zero communication. The guy behind the counter has social anxiety! He can not / will not speak. Ive been in there several times over the years and its always the same. Plus, theres a rotational sound coming from the front drivers wheel well. I will be taking my truck back tomorrow. I think thete should be more personal interaction. ABBRA will do a walk thru with you before and after.

Suppose to be finished last Friday. Car Was not until Tuesday at 3 pm and the work is terrible. Thought they would replace the door panel but they patch and paint instead. My wife noticed when my daughter drove it home. The patch and paint job is terrible.
