I would have to rate you great on promise good on delivery. Your adjuster questioning my honesty was unacceptable. After pointing out damage that was not repaired he said if I would go to a muffler shop and get them to agree it was done in the accident he would repair. You lost a potential customer and many compliments by a at most 100 additional repair. But what really amazed me was this kid by comparison questioning the honesty of a 68 year old person who had nothing to gain by this small repair. Sometimes there is no logic to these type of things. You lost all the goodwill you had gained in the first two days of great service.
